Order & Delivery

You can place an order by clicking on the 'Buy now' button on the report display page. This action adds the product to your shopping cart which gets updated and can be seen on the top right corner of your screen. You can continue shopping and add as many products you want to the shopping cart. You can remove a product by clicking on 'view basket' and proceed to check out when you are finished shopping. Here you can modify your delivery options and select the user license or the quantity of the report.

New users will be prompted to create an account and login in order to check out. This only happens for the first time and your account details are mailed to you for future purchases. Using our account management features you can save a search and add a report to your 'Wish List' for a future consideration. You can also view your order history and use other account tools in your user account 'home'.

How soon is the report delivered?

Online orders are processed in real time and the report is delivered electronically via email usually within 1-2 hours of making the purchase.If the report has any latest updates, it may take up to 48 hours excluding weekends.You will first get an automated email confirming the purchase and delivery details of the report and another email when the order gets completed post report delivery. If you make your first purchase over a weekend or holiday, the report will delivered to you on the following business day. You can speak with our representatives at any point during this process for assistance.

Hard copies are shipped via express delivery and normally takes 2-3 business days to reach the customer. You can email us to know about the shipping charges as they vary per customer location.

What are the payment options?

We use the most secure online payment gateway which currently accepts Visa & American Express. Customers who wish to make payments using PayPal, cheques or wire bank transfers can speak with our representative toll free at 888-789-6604 or email us at info{AT}reportstack.com.If you are paying through AMEX card, you need to select currency as USD($) on the payment gateway page.

Your credit card information is never stored by either Reportstack.com or the payment gateway provider at any point during the transaction.

I am a frequent buyer, are there any offers and discounts applicable to me?

Yes, as a bulk buyer you are entitled to various offers and discounts on all your purchases. You are requested to speak with our representatives prior to making the purchase and the applicable discounts will be communicated to you based on your current purchase order. Reportstack.com's representative will also assist you to set up an account wherein you do not have to fill out your credit card details over and over again for future purchases.

I forgot my password.

No problem, just enter your registered email address after clicking on the 'forgot password' link on the log-in page and your password will be mailed to you. If you have forgotten your registered email you can get in touch with the customer service for further assistance and account access.

How secure is the site?

Are there any hidden costs or taxes?

No, with Reportstack what you see is what you get. Our members do not have to pay any credit card fees, transaction charges, extra tax or VAT on the purchases made with us.

I could not find a report that meets my current requirement. What are my options?

Kindly email us the details of your requirement and chances are that our in-house analysts will be able to find you what you need.

What is the difference between Single User, Site User and Corporate User License?

Single user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to a single user only.

Site user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to 5 users only.

Corporate User license implies that the usage of the report can be across an organization (e.g. all employees of a single company).

How about your return policy?

Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. I am getting an error message "Failed to authorize: Authorization Failed" while I am trying to purchase the report?

This error message indicates that your bank is not authorizing your transactions. This may be due to high dollar amount or your pin change or number of other factors. Please inquire with your bank as to why your it failed to authorize the transaction.
